To me, the word 'anarchism' means there is no laws, everybody can do what he wants.Psychophanta wrote:Really almost nobody in this system knows about the anarchism meaning, and it is a pity.
In Barcelona there was a real anarchism working for years, and in other places in the world too.
That reads like you would even try and take it out of dictionaries,Psychophanta wrote:...
There is no place for the word: spiritual.

Can you build a man, vegetal, animal or even mushroom without using at least parts of a preexisting specimen thereofPsychophanta wrote:any man, vegetal, animal, mushroom, etc. is just a simple (more simple than ususally is believed) biomolecular machine
And yes, you are right i have not watched all the entire speeching you posted, but i just listened some chunks. That is because I have the prejudice (which sometimes is correct) of the people who speech too much is charlatan, because the synthesis (very short messages) is a thing very precious and authentic, but there seems it is not valid for crowds, including in our modern days."Spirit" comes from the Latin word "breathe". What we breathe is air, which is really matter, however subtle. Despite the use contrary, the word "spiritual" does not necessarily mean we're talking about something other than matter (including the matter of which the brain is made), or something outside the realm of science. Sometimes I use the word freely. Science is not only compatible with spirituality but it is a profound source of spirituality. When we recognize our place in an immensity of light years and in the passage of ages, when we grasp the complication, beauty and subtlety of life, the elevation of this feeling, the combined sense of exhilaration and humility is definitely spiritual. So are our emotions in the presence of great art, music or literature, or to acts of altruism and exemplary courage such as Gandhi or Martin Luther Mohadma King, Jr. The notion that science and spirituality are mutually exclusive somehow provides a disservice to both.
Thank you, Marlin! Nice session, and in line with my own thoughts. First I thought it is a bit boring (first hour or so),Marlin wrote:Have you seen this (huge) video by Mark Passio?
MARK PASSIO: STREET-WISE SPIRITUALITY
It may be challenging in more ways then its length, but I'm convinced it it worth considering.
