I will also put up the last freeware versions of the products since those were free and can be freely redistributed. This way anybody who does not have the languages can get them.
Since I bought the source package, I will be able to write updates and provide bug fixes for the freeware versions. It will be a better solution than creating a derivative product.
I will have to give it some more thought...
Idea is great and i support your toughs.I also have all 3 languages in free versions.
Please send me a private message and we can talk about it a bit.

The programs source codes were distributed for the purchacers own use .. not for re-distribution .. and modify the source but for your own system only.. you aren't alowed to distribute the modified preogram or code. your allowed to study the code and make addon packs for it and redistribute those (the addon packs .. not any alterations to the main programs generated from the source code).
As far as i know Paul removed all the distro's if the free versions .. once again i don't think your at liberty to distribute those either only certian places were given permission to distribute them and then were later pulled by Paul. so again those that obtained a free version are still entitled to use it but not distribute it.
If your serous about this and want to do it the right way simply email Paul and ask him (nicely) he may allow people to redistribute the free versions again.. I don't know.. If we are allowed to they will be going back up on Codingmonkeys again for sure.. but until we find out I'd take things very slowly
Its just amaizing that i've heard at least 3 ppl now state that they are going to open sites to support a dead/ no longer officially supported product.. (which some people have put down so badly over the years) Codingmonkeys supports many languages via a strong community none of it official except that occasionally we do get the Authors of the software poping in and saying hi.(somne more than others).
This isn't even the right place to be talking about other languages .. generic forums such as codingmonkeys is the right place.. not forums dedicated to a specific language what has nothing to do with what you are talking about.
Oh and BTW i like PureBasic too. and have just updated it to 4.40 and am really liking what i'm seeing.. I'm still having a few problems getting the demo programs to run with it though.. eg: the opengl .. its definatly come a long way since i started using it. keep up the great work

Please do NOT spread misinformation. What you are claiming is in direct violation of the license we agreed to when purchasing it.

Paul's permission is not needed. He does not have a say in it. You of all people saying this is ironic since you were involved in the illegal distribution of two of my programs when you were moderating the old Pyxia forums.

Unfortunately, since so many folks are not allowed there, there does need to be somewhere unofficial for users to go. Many of us will still use the products for some years to come.

I don't think anyone complained about the actual languages. It was about the (imho) pretty strange person behind them and his frankly unbelievable stories to gain sympathy and money. You must admit that the begging emails he sent out were sometimes a bit over the top and not something you would expect from a proper business or someone trying to act professional.
Instead of his "I no longer have the drive, or the time, to continue supporting this site on my own and have decided it is best to just let it die peacefully."...
...it should have read "I no longer have the drive, or the time, to continue to find more inventive ways of begging for money from you suckers!"
I've no doubt there is some reasonable excuse for why he actually shut everything down. But it must be so unbelievable that he is saving it for only the die hard believers in a private post! lol!

I am replying in here because accusations have been made about me and Coding monkeys in this very public thread..... (if KURON would have sent me a PM with his grievences this could have been sorted out in PRIVATE..) he's the one making aligations against me and my site... I have a right to respong in kind
the only one banned onm CM is you kuron.. and you dam well know why... the others are all back and you would be too.. but you've been given sao many chances and you just keep blowing them.
I do not spread misinformation .. unlike some i know.. I vstate always what i believe to be true... and what i have found out by asking questions from multiple sources...
I still class you as a friend .. but if you conttinue to to alienate me in public like you just did then I guess thats up to you...
again I state catagoricaly the only user that is banned on Codingmonkeys is KURON.. and known spammers.. those pushing drugs , sex , warez etc.
KURON is only banned because the rest of the community had had enough of him.. it was nothing personal.. we have known each other for years. every time i lewt him back in he got a lot of ppls backs yup yet again.. eventually they even askied me NOT to LIFT the BAN i have imposed on KURON
he has alianiated many of the forums he's been on many many times.. I'd let him into CM again if the members wish it.. I'll tell you what.. I'll even put up a poll.. and let you all know the answer.. hmmm....
as far as the licencing is concerned its been stated many times by others too .. not just me
what programs did i distribute illegally ?????? .. this is the first i'd heard of this.... youve even emaild me as friends and this subject has never come up....
