Does this mean native Intel Mac support as well?
Nevermind, just read the announcement post to the bottom. I will spend $99 when the Intel Mac version is ready

It was mentioned that Vista compatibility for the Sprite library was planned for 4.20. Did this make it into 4.20?

Yes it runs on Vista64 without any problems (at least for me).
