No it doesn't. It refers to the amount of hours you are working for the job. Many people have a full-time job and at least one part-time job. Some have two full-time jobs. Some have more.
By your unique definition of "full-time", Fred would have never updated PB during the years of his full-time job because no part-time work would have been done on PB.
IIRC, Fred's original reason for going back to a regular job a couple of years ago was not financial and was because he missed being in a work environment around others.
I am very glad to see PB will be getting more attention from Fred and that Fred is in a position to make this change.

Do you want me to have a problem with that?

I said: "by definition". In other words, if someone is working full-time, then it leaves NO time for anything else; not even part-time. Kind of like how uneducated people say "could care less" instead of "couldn't care less".

You would love the Southern and Mid-West areas of the USA.

The definition for full-time employment in the US is 32-40 billable hours a week, which leaves plenty of time for a part time job (or a second full-time job if you don't have a lot of personal maintenance needs). It's 35 hours in France. What is it where you are?

I'm talking in general definition terms. When people say they work a full-time job, they usually mean that's the only job they hold. "Usually" being the key word. Even Fred said above that he fits this definition.
