Then you may need to check if the IP of the server is not in some spam cop list.
One of the most common troubles when users don't get emails is this.

NOT because you sent spam, but as this kind of websites are hosted on shared servers, if any guy using same server sent spam, the IP could get black listed.

there must be thousands but thousands of blacklists on servers...
I don't think that it's Freds/Freaks Job to check tons of Blacklists...

who wants to program should be able to handle his email and his spam-filter, shouldn't he?
oh... and have a nice day.

??

I don't know who should do this job. In fact i was only giving an advice that i learn with my own experience.

And not, the blaclist that most email providers checks are just a few.

In MY own humild experience and opinion, if you sell something you have to take care that your server is not blacklisted.

BTW, many providers don't put blacklisted mail into SPAM folder, just don't accept it, so the user will never receive it no matter he looks in his SPAM folder.

But again, i am not giving directives to no one, just sharing my experience.

Could you send again a mail, i can't find it here (or send your real name in in forum PM).
resent to support@purebasic.com

or use the following page: http://www.purebasic.com/securedownload ... ssword.php with the email you used when registering.
I get:

"This login isn't the database.

Back"

However, I as show you in my email to support@purebasic.com, I was charged for the product, and the website reflected back the correct email address in the order summary after it was placed.

Got it and was able to download. I did get some error messages on my first install over top the demo version. But after uninstalling - the second install had no error messages and everything is fine. Thanks.

Been around hear a LONG time and we never saw these posts until recently. Been quite a few recently.

"Something" has changed to be getting your email addy you send the registration info from blacklisted. Perhaps its time to kill the existing account and set up a new email account for autosending the new registrations. Or perhaps Fred could give a trusted employee like yourself the rights to handle this so when a problem does arise, it doesn't take so long to get sorted out.

Can you imagine being the guy waiting these two weeks to get your hands on PB? That would be Pure Torture

I don't know if it is most of the time, but at least some of the time when I buy a downloaded piece of software I get the registration code/password via the web page rather than emailed. Might be a way to go if in fact email from purebasic.com is getting deleted by mail servers.

You can't "upgrade" the demo with the full version -- the full needs to go into
its own new folder. But, I'm glad you got it sorted in the end. :)
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
