THIS is a funny one:As someone who's lived in Paris & Geneva, and who visits London regularly, I have to say I'm shocked Paris ranks higher than the other two. There's probably not much in it shopping wise, but eating out is so cheap here and as for public transport, London doesn't even have a look in!

Thats just crapI have heard people from Canada complain about prices in Paris but that is because they are ordering coca colas and burgers... eat the local foods in any country and it will cost you less. In Paris have wine and an omlette for lunch and it is quite reasonable. I am sure eating local food in Oslo would be the same.
