Retrieving the bitrate and resolution of an mp3-file???

Anybody knows how to get the bitrate (i.e. 192 kBits/second) and the resolution (i.e. 44100 Hz) of an mp3-file?

See the GetMp3Infos() func, it is quite accurate.
Btw, i m working on a fork of the mp3 info of winamp 2.x/5.x.
