hehe
yeah thanks, i just apologized for starting a new thread :D
however if its true i think its worth to do. afaik autocad LT sold 2.7 million licenses so if they get a lot of advertising by sending out 100.000 for free, then they might sell more that autocad did. or at least get more known.

good :)

i have followed the number today and it is getting higher.
18. juli 2005

88072 at 13:25

88117 at 13:55

88203 at 14:41

89521 at 23:41

so if we say the date is now the 19. we got 14 days. thats 14*24=336 hours.
we need 10 479. so 10479/336 = ~ 31.2 registrants pr hour.
from 14:41 till 23:41 there is 9 hours. so that is 146.4 registrants per hour.

so i'd say that it is reached before the 1st august as i guess its going faster and faster. We say 1 person sends the message to eg 4 people who then spreads it to 16 in all..

so i guess that it will be reached. if we say that it will stay at 146 then in 3 days it will be reached!

but that is if it stays at this high rate. but as i said, i think it will go even faster.

just my thoughts... however i think this is real, just look at the articles that bigger cad sites has written about it. like some had interviews with them. so if it holds what they promise, it seems to be worth it.
