I printed several portions off and completed reading them last week!

Very useful and helped to shed light on some points that were "in the fog" for me.

Looks very promising.

Just a suggestion. What about a Wiki (so everyone can edit or add stuff) based on this TOC? (Perhaps we should discuss this on a different thread.)

After you write it you can publish it using CafePress: http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/

Requires no cost on your part and you could use the spiral binding option. (I'm pretty sure they have that option.)
