I've been looking into a few shell replacements, and I must admit that quite a few look pretty good. I'd like to try to write my own, obviously this'll be a huge task and if anyone is willing to help/add ideas then i'm willing to take them.
The only problem I think I'm going to have is running programs over my shell, I'm planning to use a Screen to display the shell on but I can't seem to run a .exe over the top of the screen.
Is there anyway to acheive this?
