Trillian.. ehh not my idea of an application which is useful for TALKING with TEXT, I dont want the stupidicy and gayness of skins (dont mention "a skin that mimics the xp skin for trillian" because its the same stupid concept), tardloads of emoticons, sounds, and whatnot all the crap you DONT NEED for chatting.
The same goes for IRC clients, etc.. WHY DOES PEOPLE NEED THIS STUPID CRAP?! WHY!! I'm mad as you can see, this people is stupid, or the ones who develop messenger are stupid? they focus the program for kids and teenagers ?!? I can tell so.
Messenger 6.2 was good, it had some stupid issues but, not as much as 7.x .. 7.0 for example, I have never seen such a NOOB thing in my life, I can expect even the most newbie guy in purebasic to make something more serious than that.
With their lame nudges and WINKS (... letting you access actionscript with out limitations, i'll call a javascript, download an exe and start playing with your system, microsoft or msn or any company involved in messenger development, does not seem to care or worry about this, as at its current state, anyone with average knowledge (not the average joe, but someone who wrote something in actionscript and has some programming knowledge, can f***k up a system using this lame winks).
And what the hell with those lame nudges?!?!?, .... I ran to disable that "FEATURE" (they call THAT A FEATURE?)..
Oh lets not talk about its lame "security" system!!!, As they say "msn 7.0 is more secure" MY BALLS!, It does NOT read the file header (yes, this means already send data to the other peer, but for good reasons)... it just checks the extension of the files! I cant get .exes from friends and co-workers (programmers, game developers) not even a mov.. it automatically cancels this files when they see this extensions, might be the same for bats, etc... so its really lame, you change the extension to any random one and it will pass all confy through messenger, which makes me laugh and later I become insane thinking about how a little tard lied about a security system for the latest messenger release and its just checking the extension of the file that its being sent (not sent but waiting for aproval)... all this crap makes me sick.
I have nothing against Microsoft, but I have everything against the unknown messenger guys who calls theirselves "software developers" (why in hell they remain unknown? are they afraid of something?!, or the team is just a pack of apes with notebooks?)...
Can anyone tell me why is this messenger getting lamer and lamer on every release? is people stupid? or the "developers" of it are the stupids here?.... or wait, Im asking too much? (which in fact is too less if you think about it, you dont need nudges you dont need winks, you dont even need animated emoticons, you dont need to send sounds, you dont need to "hand write" under WindowsXP.. and worst of all, WE DONT WANT TO BUY A PACK OF TARD EMOTICONS FOR 1 EURO, WE DONT WANT ANY WINKS FOR 5 EUROS, WE DONT WANT ANY STUPID OFFER, NOR THE BANNERS, NOR THE CRAP INVOLVED WITH BUYING ANYTHING FOR MESSENGER, and of course WE DONT NEED A LINK AT EVERY WINDOW FOOTER TELLING ME HOW GOOD THE LATEST MESSENGER IS AND I NEED TO GET IT BECAUSE I ALREADY GOT IT !!! lame tards!!!

And for you reading this I know you already thought "if you dont like it dont use it, no ones forcing you to do so" and I'll reply you with a "and whos forcing them to make all that lame crap????, I want a simple chatting client is that haaaard? theres many compatibility issues with other clients, why I have to support this guys lame acts ?? I must assume this is not from microsoft (at least not direct) HOW many money would microsoft earn from 1 pack of emoticons at 1 buck sold once per day (I bet and I HOPE)... how much money?, they need it for mainteining their servers?.
And no I aint mad at any pb user here, im mad at the ones that made the last messenger version, possibly the same idiots who made older versions as well.

When is going to be released? I mean this is the latest? or its still beta? because they still have the winks and nudges, those lame craps they call "features". and its very commercial now, its driving me nuts. does anyone have the d/l link for the 6.2 version? That one had less propaganda...
