Compile a Linux .exe on Windows?

Is it possible to compile a Linux .exe using the Windows PB compiler? If so how, if not how can I create a Linux .exe?

To compile under linux, try Cygwin, i'm not sure if it works, but thats the only way i know

you could use an emulator! i think there is a topic in offtopic section about some good ones. I have succesfully used VMWare, but now im building a native linux machine to have running beside my windows one
