Wheres my PureBasic!!!

Post by SoulReaper »

Hello Everyone :D

I just bought the online version of PureBasic woohoo!!!

I have received my credit card conformation emails.

Problem is however that I have been sat here waiting for my password
and I have not got anything yet in my email

it has been 3 hours and counting - just wish that there was some help with this one...

I wrote an email to support@purebasic.com and i guess i have to wait to hear from that although I heard in a post that support has been stopped at the above email address ?

maybe someone got it wrong dunno :?

hope there is someone who can put me on
the write track :(

No, that is false; and the person who said that is not a PureBasic team member.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.

Complaining also won't help ;)

The fact that your credit card has been charged doesn't necessarily mean
Fantaisie Software already received the money.

Please keep in mind there are "real people" sitting on the "other side of the
email". While I understand you are kind of excited, you really just have to be
more patient.

Be assured, support@purebasic.com is a valid email and requests will be answered!
People saying something else have absolutely no clue about what they are
talking. Some things just take time - believe me, everything is going to be alright! :)

Haven't done much shopping online before, have you? Some places take
up to 48 hours before you get your stuff. ;) PureBasic won't take that long.
