No mouse

Post by eevee »

Have a machine that will be running without a mouse.

In Win98 is there a Registry entry I can set to force this?

I am trying to stop the message/challenge that comes up when the machine first runs up and the mouse is missing.

I thought I read that you still get a 'no mouse' warning.

Thanks - I shall try it.

Yes it does come up with a challenge/reminder about mouse support.

However there is a tick box 'Do not show this .........'

Once ticked, it runs up cleanly!

Many thanks.
