[Implemented] More OS Constants for OSVersion()

Could OSVersion() reporting #PB_OS_Windows_Future be Windows 2003 server or tablet edition?

If so, and as these are known OSes, can we have a constants for them? My error reporter reports windows version and I'm not sure what to make of #PB_OS_Windows_Future :-)
