There's a download link in the first post that seems to be working ok. If you're having a problem with that link then i'll upload it somewhere else.

Please note that i haven't tested PBCoffee with the latest PureBasic releases yet.

Edit: It appears to be working fine with 3.93 beta 3

I've made a small update. It's now at v1.01.

Changes:
Fixed e-mail and web on the version info tab (they'll now display when you right-click and select Properties->Version on your apps)
Fixed tab order
Added 'Always on top' option (on the help menu)
Added some hastily written help
Added an About window (yes it took as long to design as it looks

)
Removed 'Compilation working folder' and moved 'Run-time working folder' from Misc tab to fill its place
Fixed 'Run-time working folder'
Got bored and played around with the icon

Thanks Armoured for reminding me to do some work on this
