good book to learn ASM ?

Hi,

I would like to ask to the ASM gurus here what is from their opinion the best book or website to leanr ASM ?
I do not mean a quick tutorial on the web, where afterwards you still do not trully know ASM, I am more requesting something explaining executable format (PE header, stack, heap, etc...) how it works, how to decompile an executable and understand what it does, and of course, how to write ASM directly, to use it in purebasic

Any advise will be appreciated, thanks in advance

I very do like PC Assembly Language by Paul Carter. Although
AFAIK there doesn't exist any hardcopy version of this book - I really do
recommend it and it is worth printing out
