Coder required (paying of course)

Post by ExisTenz++ »

Hey all, dont know if this is the right forum to post in but anyway im looking for a coder, prefrably someone with exp with purebasic to make kind of a chat, but it needs mysql features.

So if you have exp with mysql in purebasic and can create chat rooms n stuff then please contact me at admin@stormystudios.com if your intrested and ill send you a doc file with everything you need to know.

If then you think you can do it then email back with a price and how long itd roughly take ya and ill reply:) Id prefer to pay one off rather than per hour for obvious reasons.

Anyway whats it for? Well its gonna be for a launcher for all our games, we want people to create acct on site then login to this chat thing where there will be a few chat rooms, also some links to launch games.

Im not messing around here so please dont think im a 13yr old with a paper round, lol

Many Thanks
Mike.

Sounds interesting, what kind of timeframe are you looking for? What about future support/bugfixing? What form of payment (cash, check, direct deposit)? What country are you located in?

Also a list of all planned features would be nice. (lobbies, buddy lists, etc)

:wink:

A full chat suite won't be cheap, You're probibly looking for minimum of £100 by a contracted programmer, as you are looking for Client and Server application right? They take a while to programme.

Normally i would jump at the chance (I love programming chat protocols) But i've already got another job underway (will be completed around 20th Jan)

If its still avalible then (I doubt) It would like to do it, But as i said i doubt it will be available for that long.

Can i just ask, Why ask for it in PureBasic? :-) You programme yourself in PB? or just like PB? :-)
