Cant download new version of PB

Because dont have a password.
Have sento an email 3 weeks ago to support e mail but dont receive any answer.
What can i do?

But i never had a PureBasic login account.

Im a registered user, but my problem is not that i forgott my password, i dont have an accoutn, because sometime ago it was not needed to download new versions.

I sent some e mail a weeks ago asking for the accoutn but has no reply.

I have a friend who buy PureBasic by CDROM, so he didn't give an E-mail.
I was in his case, but I have contacted Fred and I was lucky this day because he has sent me my password!

so I'm asking me the question for my friend... if Fred can answer...
