I'm not much of a Bush fan, but Kerry could well be the next Adolf. It scares me what he might do once elected.

Using the proper TV snippets, you could make Mother Theresa the next "Adolf".

The sad thing is that Bush' live performance is more scary without the need of any edits.

Those are full and complete thoughts about the issue that Kerry has hung his whole campaign on. Kerry is pretty obviously a quack that will say anything to get elected. That dishonesty scares me far more than Bush's inept public speaking skills ever could.

Fanatism is dangerous, no matter if in religion, politics, sports or whatsoever. And Bush qualifies very well as fanatic. He uses and will use any means to enforce what he thinks is right. Fanatics also never learn from their mistakes. Guess who qualifies for that, too? Yeah, Bush.

That is hardly acceptable for the head of a garden club, but totally inacceptable for the man who nominally controls the biggest military force on the world.

Doing what one thinks is right does not make them a fanatic.

I like Bush better than Kerry, only because I like Republicans more than Democrats. With Republicans at least you know what you are getting, whether it's good or bad. With Democrats the future is usually unpredicateable, whether it's good or bad. But I'm Canadian, so no need to worry.

I think that they're all crooked in some ways but listening to Kerry is like watching a kid spill something, then denying it. The only "PLAN" Kerry has, is to get into office, no matter what it takes.

It does, when one is doing it out of recklessness, without consideration and contemplation.

It starts with confusing culprits (Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein) & reason (Terror, Dictatorship), neglecting facts (WMD), totally false estimation of results ("Mission accomplished" vs. "destabilized Iraq"), failure to provide (fall back) plans as in his simplified world view of black & white there is no need to do so.

What exactly is your problem with Bush? What do you think he did that is so wrong?

See above. Should be plenty of reason. That and the fact that he didn't learn out of it. And preferably admit. TYeah, honesty is important for me, too.

PS: One thing is wrong what I said. He had one fall-back. Odds are well that you'll bring up the fall-back as justification.

I find it sad how many people see the mainstream American media as something to take seriously. The reason you hear a people complaining about Kerry "flip flopping" or "not having a plan" is because this is repeated over and over on television, radio, newspapers... A lie repeated often enough becomes truth. Our economy is the worst it's been since the great depression... People are loosing their jobs... Countless civilians are dying in Iraq... I feel sorry for anybody who can sit back with pure apathy and say that this is acceptable...

i'm mostly ignoring anything related to the us elections... i think both candidates are, frankly, frauds, or at least quackheads.... one trying to stay in office no matter what, the other one trying to get into office no matter what

I think it is clear neither Bush or Kerry are in any way qualified to run a hot-dog stand let alone a nation.

I am very serious and somber when I say God help us, I don't even belive in god and I still say God help us.

kerry is not a flip flopper so to speak. he is extrememly intelligent, and when asked about issues, instead of replying with 1 or 2 points, he lists maybe 10-12 points, each possibly with 2-3 subsections, issues, ect. his rhetoric becomes long and complex, which can easily be mistaken for flipping. "i voted for the 87 billion dollars before i voted against it" is the biggest misrepresentation by the republicans.

kerry voted FOR 87 billion to fund the troops when it was CLEARLY DEFINED WHERE EVERY CENT WOULD GO.

kerry voted AGAINST the 87 billion when it WAS REFORMED TO A BLANK CHECK WITH LITTLE INDICATION where any of it would go.

there is no way in hell i would vote for 87 billion if i didnt know where every dime would be allocated, and made sure our troops got what they needed instead of Bush summarily spending.
