opengl32.dll Wrapper

Hi :),
I'm seeking some help / advice on how to make an opengl32 wrapper, if anyone has some ideas on how to hook all the functions then please post,

Some wrappers to openGL commands have already been made. You can find them at Purearea.net in the library section. I'm also not sure what you mean by hooking the functions.

What i'm saying is this ( not accurate ) :

It's a bit like those game cheats or whatever they are, except i'd like to use this in my upcoming projects.
