How to monitor cpu usage

I searched the forum, but didn't find an answer.
How can i retrieve the actual value of the cpu usage?

Install Danilo's PureTools library. It is here:
http://www.purearea.net/pb/download/use ... _I_021.zip

It has a CpuUsage() command in it.
Quite simple. 8)
