I do notice that at 0, 90, 180, and 270 the edges are more crisp (brighter). Just thought I'd let you know.

Very very good tool, well done. Krylar's right, the angles excluding those he mentioned are noticably blurred, no doubt to increase the quality of the images that are rotated. While this might be OK for some sprites, theres a possibility it could blur with a colorkeyed background (black for instance) which would then leave a big black line round sprites in games etc. Dont know if youve already thought of this, or if it even does it at all, just thought Id mention it. Nice work

Yes, you are right. You will get a black line round the sprites with some backgrounds
. Hadn't realy thought of this (Should remember there are other games than those space ones I like).
I've been testing and thankfully it seems that with a neutral grey (50%) (127,127,127) it suits most backgrounds very well.
But I will have to make some changes so that one can use different transparent colours.
