What is causing this error? I'm in PB v5.40 on windows 11 Pro

Of course I have Defender, but exclusions for PB and compiler, and now even POlink.exe but still get that error when I try to create Exe.
Also have Comodo Free firewall, but totally disabled as well as all exclusions. Weird thing is I can do the compile/run option without error. So I guess i can Always just rename that temp file and use that. Not so convenient though.

After closing and reopening a couple times it seems to have fixed itself.
Would still be nice to know why it happened though. Complaing it might be wrong compiler? It's the compiler that cane with the installation.
