Xmas Scene Designer

Post by _aNdy_ »

Xmas Scene Designer is a simple program that lets children design and decorate their own Xmas scene! It is great for young children, classrooms, childcare settings or just a festive bit of fun for the family! All in PureBasic!

Xmas Scene Designer features...

- 4 background scenes to choose from
- 15 'stamps' to decorate the scene
- Unlimited 'Undo'
- Audio cues for main program actions
- Save the design as an image to share with family and friends
- Print the scene design

It has been testing on large interactive touchscreens and laptops/desktops.

A web version has also been created using SpiderBasic.

Hello _aNdy_, another great example of a fun program.
I do have a question about the images: are they all yours? Or are they royalty-free? What usage rights are granted for the software's images and those created with the software?
PureBasicien tu es, PureBasicien tu resteras.

Great question. They are all from various websites marked 'royalty free' or for non-commercial usage. Of course, things go wrong sometimes in this respect, so I'm happy to change anything that is 'challenged'.

When I get more time, I switch to creating some of my own graphics.
