[Done] PB 6.30 b1 - OpenHID() return 0

In Linux and MacOS function OpenHID() return 0. Read more in this topic viewtopic.php?p=645026#p645026

Also function HIDError() does not report the cause of the error viewtopic.php?p=645023#p645023
