[PB6.21] Umlaut problem

PB6.21 seems to have fixed most help pages with (german) Umlaut problems, but I found a page which slipped through:
Building a PureLibrary

btw.:
I had to search quite long for that page, is there a reason it is not referenced in the help tree?

The help file says:

A PureLibrary can also be created using C/C++ or ASM, please look in the PureLibrary/SDK/ folder.

But there is no PureLibrary/SDK/ folder
