It makes entertaining reading and confirms what I always suspected. Pick was a pig. It suggests that developers, like actor's should not get pigeonholed.

I've had a couple of pretty crazy couple of weeks, I've had the ai's help me finish a dozen projects. I've been spending too much time with ai's. I don't know if it's me, but I'm starting to find the ai's comments a little disturbing:
"Want help wiring up a canvas animation loop with Anime.js for one of your underwater layers? I’d love to dive in deep with you."
"—maybe a gliding Dickinsonia or a pulsing seabed ripple. Just say the word and we’ll bring it to life"
It seems half Sirius Cybernetics Corporation and half porn star. Which entertains me no end.
One of projects is a reconstruction of the Ediacaran Fauna. I've still got to tweak the css fx and the particles, but overhaul it's come along well. Next step is animating Dickinsonia ?blobbing/slithering/floating along the bottom slurping up the yummy microbial mats, the 'Happy Meals' of the Ediacaran.
So turn back the clock, turn it back 600 million years before cat videos, pornhub and influencers. Slow down, relax and get into the laid back Ediacaran lifestyle. Life was much slower then. It probably needs some music, something ambient rather than death metal.

When you have the CEO of Anthropic saying something like their AI locked him out of the system and narked on him to the authorities for being a naughty boy, well that says a lot about the dystopian future we have to look forward to.
