French doc PB 6.21 b10 windows 11 - accent problems

Here is the problème.

I try this to correct (i've recompiled PB help File after that), it seems to be Ok.
For all html file i've done a search replace for these accented French letters :

I have also converted these 3 files to UTF8 :
Index.hhk
PureBasic.hhp (i've created this file to compile)
