Yes, I dream of a small PureOS ...
A OS for small applications with integrated PureBasic,

Last week I was surprised:

We are running paperless ngx in a docker container.
I wrote a small programm in PB to extract ZUGFeRD (Factur-X) XML infos and write them back to paperless custom fields via API.

On the host system I got missing libraries, but inside of the container it was running without any problems.
(After I solved the Red() problem)

So there is a miniOS and the PB code is running inside

It's possible to pick a core Linux distro and put some PB apps on it, with and Graphical shell you can even make a GUI based PureOS, I've enjoyed the early days making custom Linux/FreeBSD distros, but it's long time ago.
