Not sure if this is a bug or something I have missed so I put it in here. When I have an application (any Purebasic application) minimised to the taskbar, any sound it has loaded will not play. Instead it buzzes or plays funny little noises. If you then maximise the window (make it visible), the sound will be played correctly.
Has anyone encountered this problem on a WIndows XP machine and know a way around it?

Normally I'd be happy to supply code but as I said above "Any PureBasic Application" so there is no point in flogging the dead hamster:)Originally posted by PB
Hi Fangles,
Can you please supply a small source that I can test? I recently
installed XP and now use it as my main Operating System.

The reason I asked for source is because I wanted to know what types
of sounds don't play, ie. are they wavs being played with the sound
library; or are you using the API to play them; or are you trying to
play a CD track; or is it an AVI's sound that doesn't play, etc, etc.
More information needed, sorry.
