PB v6.xx ExamineMouse MouseDelta

The MouseDeltaXY does not work on the Linux VM's and therefore uses my patch. They are just VM's and are ok
On my Raspberry the Delta function should work, but does not give a stable value.

What does it look like on other hardware?
