I would add that the computer does this, 1+2+4+8 etc for each bit.
While the optical axons do this :
1.1+ 2.05 + 4.23 + 8.8 etc for each acetylcholine flow.
This is a point of view who is only linear and considering that, no non-longitudinal link exists, what it is absolutely false. But to understand, it is required to start by anything, between the eye and the brain, because the late betrays lots of things...
School is not the place for hackers
Re: School is not the place for hackers
*Most* private schools in the US have standardized testing; you don't study or learn the curriculum you fail. Public schools pretty much got rid of it in the 80s.. You can literally never do work in any class in public and cruise to a HS diploma.. I think colleges do it too now..skywalk wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 3:34 pmAsk yourself why so many elected officials from both sides of the isle send their children to private schools? Private does not mean high cost. Many religious schools are quite affordable and offer variable rates.Nituvious wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 2:05 amThis is not a good solution. Privatization just means education will be even more inaccessible for people especially poorer families. Education should not be limited to the elite.skywalk wrote: Sat Apr 26, 2025 6:07 pmThe fix is privatization. If you pay for something, you appreciate it way more than a handout.
And the logic behind that last sentence is extremely flawed. Just spend some time in a hospital and then let us know how proud you are of paying that bill.
And personally, I would be all for the greater population having easier access to education. It would prevent another trump from being President in the future. It would have prevented a lot of damage, including the destruction of the department of education.
I attended both and speak from experience. Public education remains a cookie cutter curriculum and fraught with bad actors who do not want to be there. The closer to inner cities you get, the number of bored students outnumbers the eager. Despite higher $/pupil than most private schools! Meaning, more money solves nothing, but does pad administrators' pockets and outfits classrooms with fancy ipads, tablets and electronic whiteboards.
Debating values of commodities such as education, medicine, food, etc. is beyond the scope of "hackers should not be in <public> school. If you dare, consider the free versions of any and decide which you prefer?
Only term limits can prevent Trump from becoming a future President.
As to future American Presidents, that depends on the current Trump policies effect on its economy and safety.
This is why if you walk in to any US fortune 100 or 500 the people doing STEM work that isn't just make-work typically come from a Euro-Asia education system.. Vivek Ramaswamy, while politically-incorrect, was right about American culture. Petty social merit qualification and intellectual competition don't mix.. The days of hiring people based on their personality and/or sexual-value is gone in STEM and production.. Granted, it still happens with management, sales, executive, and team leads..
Every job I've had in the US was someone who couldn't do basic algebra or coding leading dozens of european and asian engineers.. You basically had to ignore them to get work done. It was especially bad in the nineties, but it's still common..

Their children do not vote. They send them to private schools because they can afford them. There is no conspiracy here, that's just how it is.skywalk wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 3:34 pmAsk yourself why so many elected officials from both sides of the isle send their children to private schools?
Poverty means you can't afford these things. Public education is mostly free. Low income homes depend on public education for not only educating their kids but keeping them in school while their parents work.skywalk wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 3:34 pmPrivate does not mean high cost. A lot of the motivation behind hackers in the past were sparked by politics and civil unrest. And politics does in fact include education, medicine, food, etc.skywalk wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 3:34 pmDebating values of commodities such as education, medicine, food, etc. is beyond the scope of "hackers should not be in <public> school.
Once more, this is not a choice people can make. For the same reason daycare is impossible for some families. Poverty exists and it is being made worse. "But it's cheap!" is exactly what someone who has never experienced poverty would say.skywalk wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 3:34 pmIf you dare, consider the free versions of any and decide which you prefer?
Term limits would be ideal, but unfortunately with the current administration the rule of law no longer applies and certainly not the constitution with trump confirming he will run for a 3rd term. If more people were educated, especially on the constitution, the current administration would not be getting away with destroying our basic human rights such as the rights of women and undocumented/illegal immigrants(which under the constitution were protected just like us).skywalk wrote: Mon Apr 28, 2025 3:34 pmOnly term limits can prevent Trump from becoming a future President.

The working class exists in poverty.

Wow! You are a real lesson for all those who have all five senses and do nothing.
My most sincere admiration.
With more than half a century behind me I can say:
In a world where...
The useless are rewarded and brains are pushed aside and ridiculed. The education system has fallen.
¿But... Where is the logic in everything else?
The king of sports is unsportsmanlike.
Medicine does not live up to its oath.
Politicians defend their party more than their voters.
The media is manipulated. War and misery only appear when it is news.
The networks spread meaningless garbage and young people unlearn what they have learned.
Bla.. bla.. bla.. more.. more...
Welcome to the age of rewarded stupidity!
The only thing we can do is use purebasic to have a good time... Hehe
