Problem with WindowCallback()

What is wrong with this piece of code found on RSbasic WinAPI Library:
Running that snippet quits with this message

[13:43:38] [ERROR] SetWindowCallback(): Die in '@ProcedureName()' angegebene Prozedur hat nicht das benötigte Argument bzw. den Rückgabetyp.

Line 40 contains

SetWindowCallback(@WindowCallback())

What went wrong? Any Help appreciated.

There are two problems:

Structure ODSBTEXT
  szText.i
  clrFront.l
  clrBack.l
EndStructure

Define EventID
Define osbt.ODSBTEXT

Procedure WindowCallback(hWnd, uMsg, wParam, lParam)
