Application icon too big

Why is my application icon bigger than all the other icons? Why is the PureBasic icon bigger than everything else for that matter?

Interesting, I never noticed that before but you're right, the PB icon is bigger than all the others here on my iMac as well - Sequoia 15.3.2.
