Someone has hacked my profile

After checking the forum for new posts I noticed that someone had changed my avatar to some crappy one where it said "iBasic Pro Rules". I have no idea how that could have happened, but I do know that I DIDN'T change it.

So someone must have done it

Hopefully the admins will check the forum for any bugs and perhaps upgrade the forum software.

I guess they didn't like what I wrote about iBasic last night

@edwin: i understand a bit of it, but what is klootzak?
i belive its not a good thing, because its used over and over again.

@geotrail: "Admins" says it was just a joke. His username is "Admins". I dont know what the real admins are going to do to him.

Is this a war between PB and ibasic? Bot edwin and geotrail is victims..

Maybe someone should contact the ibasic developer telling about this..

Looks like the phpBB version is v2.00.
Latest is phpBB 2.0.10 :: 17th July 2004.

thefool, it won't be the first time someone goes after me.
I have a company here in Norway which is registered in the EBR (Eurpean Business Register) and the Norwegian Business Register and I've been attacked several times. My previous host didn't want my website there after about 2 years of heavy attacks. But after switching to my new host I haven't had this problem.

Alot of people think I'm a rich guy and they seem to be targeting me and my company for reasons unknown. I have also been set aware of people receiving emails which claims to be from Geotrail.no which is My norwegian domain, and at the bottom it always says

Geotrail Team.

Notice the lowercase 't' in Geotrail and it has been years since I used the frase Geotrail Team. The company is called GeoTrail Corporation, so hackers, get that right atleast

Anyways, my site was featured on a spanish site a few years ago when I posted a message about "going after" spammers and hackers. I am NOT a hacker, nor are anyone who works for me, but we have brought down a few websites due to hacking, but legally though.

Yeah, me too.
On a different topic though, I've had a look at the new iBasic Pro. It now compiles to native machine code. Don't look too bad. Starting to look like a PB copy

I just got the reply back from Paul over at Pyxia.

I had an account there too and my avatar was on his server.
But he claims that the 5 kb avatar was taking up precious bandwidth so he deleted it without knowing who it belonged to.

I changed the image, and did not know whom it belonged to at the time, because of it showing up in the site logs over a thousand times being
linked from the purebasic site. Because of the names of the images its
real hard to tell which users are using them.

All it would take is a quick look in the database and he would have seen my name and he could email me. Not that it's such a big deal, but hey, nobody's perfect. hehehe, but I must admit it aggrevated my alittle.

So, I'm gonna offer a free service to everyone on the PB forum. I'll host your avatar for you guys and girls for free. Just send me a PM with a link to your avatar, then I'll upload it to my server and PM you back with the link
