[Done] Updates available dialog inaccessible to screen readers

When the updates available dialog pops up, all I hear as a screen reader user is "PureBasic Updates", nothing else. If I tab, I get landed on an OK button, and that's it. I can't do anything else without resorting to using my screen reader's other review mode, and even then, I still can't access the HyperLink gadgets or text very easily. I think this might partially related to this bug. If that were fixed, this wouldn't be entirely fixed as we'd still need to figure out how to make screen readers read the updates available text, but from looking at the code there are supposed to be hyper links here that I simply cannot access.
