[Done] Autocomplete window doesn’t always receive the focus

I’m on a Pixelbook (Debian distri) and sometimes, it seems that the IDE is stuck when the autocomplete window appears. But then I hit the search button twice (to open and close it instantly), and the focus gets back to the autocomplete window. So my understanding is that when this happens, the autocomplete window doesn’t get the focus in the first time, as it should.
