[Done] IDE/3.61 Tools: %home / PB_TOOL_Compiler doesnt match

When you use additional compilers and want to use external tools to use this, joker %home (and the enviromentvariable PB_TOOL_Compiler) doesn't match the current settings of the open file. It seems, that this is set to the last successfull compiled file. This makes things like a precompiler a little bit complicated.
