RunPE No Longer Works on Windows 24H2 (0xc0000141 Error) – Need Help :)

I've spent hours testing different approaches, trying to integrate the suggestions you provided, including the insights from DeepSeek AI. Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to get it to work properly on Windows 24H2.

The information about MEM_PRIVATE to MEM_IMAGE changes in the Windows loader is very interesting, and I feel like the solution must be in that direction. However, I haven't been able to fully implement a working fix myself.

As I mentioned before, I'm willing to pay $100 to the first person who provides a fully working RunPE solution that works on Windows 24H2. If you can make it work and provide the necessary code, the reward is yours.
