Purevision vs ProGUI

Post by davidwatson833 »

I'm thinking of trying these form designers for PB. For those who have used them, do you continue to use them.
Are they worth the time to learn. What roadblocks have come up when using them.

Wanted to know something specific I couldn't find on their websites.
Do they mimic vb6 and allow double clicking on a control and an event procedure is created and opened?

ProGui is a command set for PureBasic, PureVision is a Gui Designer.

In PureVision you click together your own Gui, with ProGui you have to do everything yourself (as in PB itself), it just offers more visualisation options than PB Standard.

Two completely different things. Not comparable...
PureBasic 6.21 (Windows x64) | Windows 11 Pro | AsRock B850 Steel Legend Wifi | R7 9800x3D | 64GB RAM | RTX 5080 | ThermaltakeView 270 TG ARGB | build by vannicom
English is not my native language... (I often use DeepL.)
