I had to resolve the case issue in file names several times. Android (aka Linux) uses case sensitivity, so clicking on the function name could not open the page. I made a replacement script to replace all the names on the html pages as they appear in the help (dayofyear -> DayOfYear, etc.).
I also tried the option to automatically rename files to lowercase, but in this case there was a problem with the folder names for some links.
You can repack the APK file using APK.Tool.GUI.v3.0.2.0.
