Can say: Never heard off it, and never suggested RJ-textedit be used as IDE for PB or anything else. Only that it was the "Best most powerful text editor ever". Might also note it is highly multilingual and web search for "MAC made by slave labor" Does not paint a pretty picture of apple. Speaking of Linux (basically freeware OS) the BEST OS there is except for the pricey MAC. Whatever you're invested in -- It's the best!
Oh, and thanks for the sample code to post a URL showing only the object name:
RJ-textedit

Open a topic for this program to condemn. I can't make code highlighting for this best editor. For AkelPad, backlight is included, as well as auto-completion included. And you give me an empty editor that I cannot use for PureBasic.

Never said it should be used with/for purebasic. I didn't realize this "Good Freeware Stuff" topic was restricted to for use with purebasic Only. Pffff.
Where exactly did it say that?

How exactly does that imply it should be used as an IDE for PB? :?

Try this link, you have 42 links to "Dreamweaver":
search.php?keywords=Dreamweaver&terms=a ... mit=Search

You need to use the magnifying glass icon seen at the top right corner of each forum page.

No, there was a mistake in the meaning of the FR/EN translation

Does anyone know of a freeware software (preferably made in PB) that is the equivalent of Dreamweaver?

I know virtually nothing about HTML development, but
you might also like to look at this link for free HTML editor:
https://www.htmlkit.com/download/

Sorry, my bad. That HTMLkit link seems to have a broken download link.

There's a nice bbcode extension for LibreOffice, but it seems to make the forum "IDE" angry sometimes  (I tried pasting just a few lines of applescript from script editor, font: verdana)
