Back in May of 2019, almost 6 years ago I was diagnosed with "a mass" inside my skull. So they put me under the knife and saw and proceeded to open my skull and remove "a mass" about the size of the average door knob from my skull. I don't think that did anything to improve mental performance. My oncologist is a little stumped that I am still alive, commented she lost most of her patients in the first year. My standard reply when someone asks "how you been?" is a most emphatic "Unbelievable!!", because I am still alive. She loves to hear that reply when I see her.
Understandably I fell off all computer activity after the surgery. Hence the big lapse in my attendeance here in the PB forum. I've only recently decided to jump back in, in an attempt to work what is left of my brain. Performance fades bad enough with age. Removing "a mass" the size of the average door knob certainly hasn't helped any. I would certainly be dead if not for constant attention from my wife. I'm so fortunate to have found her. Unfortunately I was forced into early retirement. now looking for anything to occupy my time. "Roku Ultra" has helped a lot. Don't mean to annoy so I am sorry if I get on anyone's nerves.
