Good PHP forum?

Hi everyone

as I am more and more aware of coding with PHP, I am currently looking for a good forum to get and provide help with PHP.

Does someone of you know a good forum with PHP, either german or english?

I cant give any advices on good forums - however what I find very
useful when programming in PHP - is the online reference:

http://de3.php.net/manual/de/

Thats the german online version. Whenever I code in PHP I use this
reference. The tons of user codes sorted to every command are very
useful.
