Switch the keyboard to French

Hello all,
I'm happy to come back to this forum!

I use small old games, some of which are in English (I'm French). I have several hundred!

I'm going to write a program in PureBasic to display them by category with screenshots to show what they look like and launch them automatically.

For some English games, when I exit the game, the keyboard remains in English. I would like to put the keyboard back in French in my program.
Is there a procedure I could use?
