Hello,
When a New program in the PB editor is clicked, the default File format is always "Encoding: Plain Text".
Cyrillic text for example, is showed with "?????" (all question marks).
I would like to change the default to "Encoding: Utf-8" to be able to display correctly all characters as Unicode.
Normally make it all Unicode... forever, but I don't see in the Settings where I can change that. Any idea?
