IMHO Maestro is only a standard for BankCards how to comunicate with cashpoints or the paying-machines in shops and therefore it's not a CreditCard. I would be very surprised if my BankCard, also Maestro, would be a CreditCard too.
What you could do is
a) pay by bank transfer
b) send Fred (the programmer behind PB) an Email asking him for Payment in Advance via SnailMail (normal letter with cash in it)
c) ask Fred about other possible ways to pay your order
