Modify compiler preferences

When using multiple compiler, a pbcompiler.exe file has to be chosen in the editor preferences which has to added then.
I'd like to use %home there to allow a clean portable installation (e.g. USB memory stick).

It would be fine as well to allow to change the order of the different compilers easily (move up/down).
