Example (using the code below):
1. select the full line in the procedure CutThisLine (including the CRLF at the end)
2. cut the selected line (ctrl+x)
3. move the cursor outside the procedure (e.g. to the PasteHere procedure)
4. paste the clipboard content (ctrl+v)
5. collapse all procedures
6. undo (ctrl+z) removes the inserted text
7. undo (ctrl+z) pastes the cutted text, but the editor will show that line below the collapsed procedure
On this point, the line shouldn't be displayed (otherwise the procedure would have been expanded before showing the line).
